About FlyClaim.AI
FlyClaim.AI is an automated platform that helps air passengers claim compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 for delayed, cancelled, or overbooked flights. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Our Service
FlyClaim.AI uses artificial intelligence to: (1) analyze your flight for EU261 eligibility, (2) generate and send legal notices (sommations) to airlines on your behalf, (3) provide status updates via WhatsApp or email, and (4) escalate claims if airlines do not respond within legal deadlines.
Pricing
Flight analysis is always free. If you choose to activate a claim, pricing is: €9.99 per claim (one-time), or €3.99/month for FlyClaim Pro (unlimited claims). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not charge a percentage-based commission on your compensation.
No Legal Advice
FlyClaim.AI provides automated claim processing, not legal advice. Our AI-generated analyses are indicative and based on publicly available flight data and EU261 regulations. Actual compensation may vary based on individual circumstances. We recommend consulting a legal professional for complex cases.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to: (1) provide accurate and truthful information, (2) be the actual passenger or authorized representative, (3) not submit fraudulent claims, and (4) respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner.
Compensation
Under EU Regulation 261/2004, compensation amounts are: €250 for flights under 1,500 km, €400 for flights between 1,500–3,500 km, and €600 for flights over 3,500 km. Compensation is paid directly by the airline to you — FlyClaim.AI does not handle or retain your compensation.
Limitation of Liability
FlyClaim.AI is not liable for: (1) unsuccessful claims due to extraordinary circumstances or airline defenses, (2) delays in airline responses, (3) inaccuracies in third-party flight data, or (4) any indirect or consequential damages.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate nature of claim processing (AI analysis and sommation generation begin instantly), refunds are generally not available after claim activation. Contact support@flyclaim.ai for exceptional circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
