We process your data based on: (a) contractual necessity — to fulfill your claim request, (b) legitimate interest — to improve our services, and (c) consent — for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
Data Sharing
We share your data only with: (1) airlines, as required to process your claim, (2) payment processors (Stripe), and (3) communication platforms (WhatsApp/email providers). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your claim data for 3 years after claim resolution, in line with EU261 legal limitation periods. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@flyclaim.ai.
